W+A recently finished work on a waterfront home in Saugatuck Shores. Faced with an irregularly shaped tight lot, we were able to create an exciting FEMA compliant waterfront home that enjoys water views from every room and an amazing rooftop terrace and roof garden. Utilizing a rich and varied palette, we were able to design a modern home that feels equally comfortable and dramatic.
