Wormser + Associates is a multifaceted architecture and development practice with Residential, Commercial and Institutional projects throughout the United States. Since the completion of the New York Vietnam Veterans Memorial in 1985, we have developed a diverse architectural practice with projects ranging from custom homes in Connecticut to multi-family housing projects in the Bronx, and most recently the design of a new sustainable ‘green’ town in Colorado.  

Nothing is too small or too complicated – it is all about smart design and finding solutions that are environmentally sensitive, financially responsible and design savvy. We pride ourselves in solving each client’s design goals and financial objectives with imagination and sensitivity. With offices in New York City and Westport, CT, we are dedicated to integrating the traditional art of construction with the modern technologies of sustainability.

BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT

In conjunction with our ongoing Architectural practice, Wormser + Associates has continued to build upon our development capability and expand our portfolio. With projects ranging from high-end residential projects in Connecticut to multi-family housing projects in the Bronx, we are actively looking for new Design/Build opportunities that utilize our full range of design and development skills. We are continuously looking at new development projects and welcome strategic partnerships for both new construction and renovation projects.  

We are currently working with a commercial developer on the planning of an environmentally sustainable new town in Colorado. We are also proud to have received Preservation Awards from the Westport Historic Commission for two recent projects that demonstrate our unique ability to restore historic properties with contemporary flair.
