New executive offices and meeting space for Nathan Cummings Foundation are located in a 10,000 square foot loft space across from Lincoln Center. This open and striking space reflects the progressive and artistic nature of this philanthropic organization and exhibits their commitment to the environment, utilizing  "green" products and sound environmental planning approaches. Drawing upon the idea of a "Main Street", the foundation's offices are organized along an interior plaza and around a skylit atrium. A spirit of openness and community permeate the design. Oversized interior windows, a rich and varied palette of materials and offbeat colors create a new and highly democratic workplace.
