New executive offices housed in 30,000 sf overlooking Times Square reflect the new and unconventional business world MTV has helped to create. By opening up the perimeter and puncturing the executive offices with large interior windows, we have created a sense of vitality and community while sharing the natural light and dynamic views. Traditional hallways have been transformed into open living rooms with comfortable furniture, contemporary art and live broadcast TV from their studios and networks. We developed a rich palette of colors and materials including custom workstations, lighting and AV technologies which reflect MTV''s creative yet comfortable approach to business.
