A turn of the century coffee warehouse is the home for the executive offices of Miramax Films. The 7,000 sf loft space occupies one floor in the Tribeca FIlm Center. Miramax’s offices include dubbing, screening and conference facilities and share a 120 seat state of the art screening room and reception space with the centers of other film companies. The meteoric success of Miramax Films over the last few years has required maximizing the number of offices and workstations without compromising the open and offbeat quality of their new space.
