This six building, 43- unit mixed income housing complex consists of a block of buildings along Eleventh Avenue between 52nd and 51st street and includes a new outdoor community garden and park. The buildings were part of the of the Clinton Urban Renewal Area and had remained untouched for over 26 years. The renovation consolidated the various buildings into one complex with a common lobby and building entrance accessed from a private interior courtyard. The project includes four ground floor commercial spaces which help subsidize rents and operating expenses.
